The good news is that it is possible to lose weight while breastfeeding, but it’s important to approach it in a safe and healthy way. Rapid weight loss can affect the quality and quantity of breast milk, so it’s important to focus on slow and steady weight loss. When my girls do it my way, with my workouts and meal guide they often report an increase in their milk because their body is so happy with the program.
One of the most effective ways to lose weight while breastfeeding is to eat a healthy and balanced diet. This should include a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins.
