- Get enough sleep, as lack of sleep can affect weight loss and contribute to weight gain. Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep per night. If you don’t get enough you can be sure you’ll crave sugary foods or coffee to perk you up throughout the day ahead.
- Reduce stress, as it can lead to increased cortisol levels, which can lead to weight gain, particularly in the abdominal area. Consider practising stress-reducing activities such as meditation or yoga.
