With low-impact exercises tailored to your needs, Golden Girls 50+ is a safe and supportive space for women of all fitness levels—even if you’ve never been active before. Knee replacements and other considerations are welcome here, and modifications are always available to ensure your comfort.

At Platinum Body, we warmly welcome kids of all ages to join you at our sessions! Our Trainers are all Mums, and we truly understand the balance and challenges of family life. Platinum Body was built by a Mum, for Mums. We have a range of toys to keep them busy or they can just hang on their iPad, in fact it’s like Playgroup but you get a workout in.
The only session that’s a kid-free zone is our Tuesday PM Platinum YOGA, where we embrace zen time to recharge. All other classes are family-friendly, so feel free to bring your little ones along!
